GExperts error: PrivateGXMenuActionManager is not nil upon creation

If you get the error "PrivateGXMenuActionManager is not nil upon creation" when starting your IDE, check the entries under HKCU\Software\Embarcadero\BDS\<version>\Expert There are most likely two entries for GExperts.
